Our Freshness Promise

At Dietanic, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality salads. Your satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, our refund and credit policy is designed to address any issues fairly.

1. Refund for Quality or Order Issues

If you experience any issues with the quality or freshness of your salad, or if your order is incorrect, please contact our support team within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide the following:

  • Your order number.
  • A clear description of the issue (e.g., wrong item, damaged, not fresh).
  • A photo of the product in question.

Upon review, we may offer a full or partial refund to your original payment method, or apply an equivalent credit to your Dietanic account for future orders. The choice between a refund or credit will be made at our discretion, based on the nature of the issue.

2. Subscription Cancellations & Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal. Cancellations must be made before your weekly billing date to avoid being charged for the next scheduled delivery. No refunds will be issued for subscription fees already paid for the current billing cycle. If you cancel after the billing date, you will receive your final order, and the cancellation will take effect in the following cycle.

3. One-Time Order Cancellations & Refunds

For one-time orders, you may cancel and receive a full refund up until your order is marked as "Preparing Your Salad" in the order tracking system. Once preparation has begun, we are unable to cancel the order or provide a refund.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Account credits are applied instantly and will be automatically deducted from your next purchase. You will be notified via email once a refund has been processed or a credit has been applied to your account.
